New Checkr-Matte printing method

Datacolor’s new process combines color-fast inks with museum quality paper stock to deliver exceptionally rich, ultra-matte colors and the deepest black for outstandingly accurate and true color calibration that will stand the test of time.

Datacolor’s commitment to color accuracy was key in every aspect of Spyder Checkr Photo’s development; from the selection of premium paper that conforms to ISO 9706 standards, meeting exacting requirements for age-resistance, to high-quality inks that offer long-lasting color integrity.

Large offer of color targets

The Spyder Checkr Photo includes 4 interchangeable cards with a robust offering of color targets for all types of photography: expanded skin tones for portraits; large targets for easy white/grey balancing; 12-step grey scale for perfect exposure, greater definition and instant dynamic range check.

The comprehensive collection of color targets includes 62 colors: 24 hues + 6 skin tones; 24 grey scales; 2 large grey scales; 3 white adjustments and 3 black adjustments. Also included is an 18% grey reference that can be used for film exposure.
