One of the best sensors in the world

The Leica M11 camera offers the flexibility to select resolutions of 60, 36, or 18 megapixels for both DNG and JPG formats. Its full-frame BSI-CMOS sensor, equipped with Triple Resolution Technology, sets a new standard in image processing. Advanced filter technology ensures breathtaking image quality, especially when combined with Leica M-Lenses. In rangefinder mode, the multifield light metering system enables photographers to concentrate on their subject, elevating the shooting experience with this outstanding rangefinder camera.

High-performance processor

Enjoy fluid and responsive performance with the Leica M11’s Maestro III processor. Its sophisticated algorithms support three resolution options, leveraging the full sensor to achieve exceptional digital image quality. Capable of near-unlimited shooting, even at 36-megapixel DNG resolution, this rangefinder camera guarantees a smooth and uninterrupted photography experience.

Legendary quality. Legendary long life.

The M11 captures the essence of the moment

The Leica M11, with its refined design and manual controls, inspires photographers to engage deeply with the art of photography. It encourages deliberate composition and a keen awareness of the interplay between light and shadow.

As a rangefinder camera, it provides a unique shooting experience that strengthens the bond between the photographer and their subject. The resulting images transcend mere representation, transforming into personal expressions imbued with the photographer’s vision and emotional resonance.

Shoot in every light

The Leica M11 offers an impressive dynamic range of up to 15 stops at ISO 64, producing smooth tonal transitions and minimal noise. With an ISO range extending to 50,000, it performs exceptionally well in low-light settings, while the newly introduced electronic shutter allows speeds of up to 1/16,000s, making it ideal for shooting in bright conditions with fast lenses.

M System

Zoom in to bring out the details

The M11 features an integrated digital zoom, enabling in-camera cropping with 1.3x or 1.8x zoom in Live View for both JPG and DNG files. Although the view is cropped, the DNG file preserves the full sensor data, providing ample flexibility for post-processing.
