The First Wide Hybrid Camera

The instax™ Wide Evo is the first wide camera in the Evo line launched by instax™. This hybrid camera offers the flexibility to capture photos and decide which ones to print.

You can take as many photos as you like and select only the ones you want to print, thanks to unique features exclusive to the instax™ Evo series, eliminating the risk of printing unwanted or mistaken shots!

1. Discover the new features of the instax™ Wide Evo

Integrated wide-angle option

Equipped with a 16mm lens, the instax™ Wide Evo features the largest lens among all instax™ instant cameras. But it doesn’t stop there; you can go even bigger with the built-in wide-angle option.

Switching between standard and wide-angle modes is effortless—simply toggle the wide-angle button on or off to select your preferred setting!

100 effect combinations for even more creativity

Like the mini Evo, the Wide Evo comes with 10 lens effects and 10 film effects, allowing you to create over 100 combinations. You can control the effects with two dials on the top sides of the camera.

In this new instant camera model, instax™ has also added a lens degree control feature, enabling you to adjust the intensity of each effect on both objects and photos.

Six new frame styles for artistic photos

In addition to the 10 lens effects and 10 film effects already available in the mini Evo, the instax™ Wide Evo introduces 6 new frame styles.

You can further personalize your photos with a button located on the top of the camera body, offering frame style options such as the classic film strip look with typical black borders at the top and bottom of the image, a traditional timestamp format, a style with a date stamp, and more.

2. Technical features: screen, storage and more !

The instax™ Wide Evo features a 3.5-inch LCD screen on the back of the camera. This allows you to view your effects and all the modifications you’ve made, as well as browse through your images to review them or select the one you want to print.

For storage, it has a slot for a Micro SD card, providing ample space to store your photos in addition to the internal memory, which can hold approximately 45 photos. The Micro SD card also lets you save your images for future use and transfer them to your computer, phone, or print them later!

Like many other instax™ instant cameras, the Wide Evo is equipped with a small mirror that makes it easy to take selfies.

Another plus is the signature printer crank, which adds a nostalgic touch. It allows you to manually print your photos, offering a satisfying mechanical feel that blends vintage charm with modern technology.

3. instax™ Wide Evo™ App

With the release of the instax™ Wide Evo, instax™ also launched a new app for your smartphone. This app allows you to get the most out of your instant camera.

• Discover Feed: Share your photos on Instagram with the hashtag #instaxwideevo after agreeing to the consent statement in the app, and your photos may be featured in the Discover Feed.
• Direct Print: Send images from your smartphone to the camera and print them out.
• Remote Shooting: Use your smartphone as a remote control.
